Post-Adoption Requirements

  • Five reports:  at two months, eight months, fourteen months, twenty months and twenty-six months

  • Translations may be necessary.

  • Legalizations are not necessary.

  • Proof of US citizenship must accompany a report.

  • Six photos on photo paper with at least one of the family together must accompany each report.
